This brass pasta stamp is made with exceptional craftsmanship.
The fluted edge creates a very well defined, neat zigzag pattern and cuts and seals fresh pasta edges well. The cutter is spring loaded and acts to automatically release the small pillows of filled pasta.
To use: Place small amounts of your chosen filling on your sheet of pasta. Then cover with the second pasta sheet. Using your hands, press and seal the pasta together around each lump of filling. Finally place the cutter over each filling to cut it out.
