This tin-lined copper dish can be used on the stovetop as well as in the oven. The two ears on the side of the dish make it easy to flip tarts on to a plate and they also aid in transportation from oven-to-table.
Due to copper’s conductivity, the pan caramelises food beautifully and evenly.
Use on a low to medium heat and only heat the pan once food has been added.
