A beautifully designed and functional knife from the Spanish knife-making brand, Pallarès.
Made of stainless steel with a boxwood handle, this bread knife has a long blade and extra sharp serrations, meaning it slices through even the toughest crust effortlessly.
Founded in 1917, Pallarès is the only testimony to Solsona’s renowned knife-making industry, which had its heyday during the 18th century when the town of Solsona had 24 knife-making workshops. Today there is just one – Pallarès.
They still choose only the highest quality materials, with the main aim being the quality of the cutting edge, which is why all knives are sharpened by hand.
