This tray is a heavy duty 3mm thick baking sheet that will not warp or distort. It fits on the runners of the Aga Cooker, forming a removable shelf or baking sheet. It is also suitable for non Aga ovens.

TIDBIT: Depending on your oven, cooking temperatures can be reduced by 10—15 degrees Celsius. Check the progress of your bake after two thirds of the normal cooking time.
